Standout Jobs is a Montreal startup that recently launched its first product, Reception. Our goal is to power companies' online recruiting efforts by providing them the tools they need to:

• Showcase their culture and team with a do-it-yourself, interactive Career Site (much like this one!)
• Market their jobs to multiple job boards from one interface and track metrics on their effectiveness
• Track candidates through the hiring process and build on-going, meaningful relationships
• Source candidates and build profiles of them via our bookmark tool

Reception is built using Ruby on Rails, which means we're always looking for talented developers. Standout Jobs is a kick ass place to work - the team is great, works well together and has a lot of fun.
